How do we help?
Mon architects have been involved in the project from early design through to contract drawings. Supporting our client (Kerman Contracting), their client (Rio Tinto), the project manager (WSP) and the modular contractor (Fleetwood).
From concept design (up to 30%), we assist by participating in client workshops and supporting stakeholder engagement, including project managers and operational teams, to confirm that the design reflects functional and operational requirements.
We developed and maintained the architectural Revit model, coordinate with consultants, and assist with clash detection. Once the modular subcontractor was onboarded, we supported the process through RFI responses, drawing mark-ups, review of shop drawings, and quality reviews.
Our involvement will continue through factory (yard) inspections and onsite inspections to help ensure the design intent is carried through to construction and delivery.
